  8. call processing systems. Hammer simplifies testing while reducing testing

  16. user-defined variables, voice record/playback, branching, random, step and time

  18. other advanced features. Different scripts may run simultaneously, with
  19. simultaneous or sequential starts. Hammer includes a realtime monitor and
